30 Years of Dedication: Honoring Ana Martirosyan at W Machine Works

A company’s longevity can often be defined by its employees and how long they remain with the organization. At W Machine Works, we value employee retention and are proud to spotlight one of our long-standing team members, Ana Martirosyan. Ana recently reached a significant milestone: 30 years with the company.

At our annual Employee Appreciation Luncheon, we celebrated Ana and her many years of service. We also sat down with Ana to discuss her time with the company, including what makes W Machine Works such a special place to work and what makes her stay with the company for so long.

Ana attributes her tenure to three things: the importance of her job, supporting the aerospace and defense industry and, of course, her co-workers.

“Everyone here treats each other like family — and I am proud of the work we do here and the aerospace and defense programs we support.”

Ana is a great example of the W Machine Works culture, as well as our core values of integrity, teamwork, pride in your job and respect.
